Beach House 503C is a completely renovated oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath condo with breathtaking views of the crystal-clear Gulf waters from the private fifth-floor balcony. Upon entering, you will find the new designer kitchen on your left, with gorgeous white cabinets, Carrera quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a stunning blue backsplash, and ample appliances, dishes and utensils. Nestled in the hallway closet is a washer and dryer combination, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs.
The dining area has a new large table that seats six plus four stools at the bar, ideal for a nice meal and good conversation. The newly furnished living room includes a Queen XL sleeper sofa, loveseat, and 50 inch smart tv and DVD player. Various puzzles, games and books are available in the unit for your enjoyment. The sunny private patio has been comfortably furnished with two lounge chairs to soak up the all-day sun and a counter height dining table perfectly situated for morning coffee with the dolphins or sunset dinners.

Spacious Beach/Gulf Front Unit with Pool and Private Beach - Sleeps 8
With a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room, Beach House 503C accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed with coastal blue décor and a new smart tv. It leads to an attached fully renovated bathroom with a large blue and white tiled walk-in shower. The newly furnished guest bedroom features two Queen beds with new mattresses, a pack n play, coastal bedding and a television with a DVD player, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. The guest bedroom leads to the guest bathroom, which offers a new beautifully tiled tub/shower combination with separate sink area.
Beach House is a family oriented, well maintained low density complex that resides on 650 feet of pristine private beachfront – the largest per unit on the entire Emerald Coast. The complex is directly on the beach with no streets to cross. Complimentary beach service (two chairs and one umbrella set up daily, weather permitting) is included from March through October. Bicycles, kayaks, and other rentals also are available on-site for a fee, subject to availability, jet skis and parasails also are available to rent nearby. The property boasts many family activities with an oversized heated pool overlooking the ocean, smaller kids pool (not a hot tub), gazebo area overlooking the ocean, shuffleboards, lighted tennis courts, exercise room, extensive hiking and biking trail accessed by just crossing the street, gas grills, and a club house for gathering.
The huge beachfront offers wide areas for spreading out and constructing endless sand structures. With so many options there’s constant opportunity for family fun!
